Shipping & Delivery

SHIPPING FEE

  • We offer free international shipping for orders over US$50.

  • The shipping fee for orders at US$50 or below to different countries/regions vary. The amount to be charged will be showed at your shopping cart.

DELIVERY TIME

  • We process and deliver order from Monday to Friday (except public holiday).

  • Normally, we take around 2-5 days to process and dispatch your orders to shipper.

  • Once the order is delivered, we will inform you the tracking number by email so you could trace the shipping status of your order.

  • Your orders will be shipped out from Hong Kong and the delivery time to different countries/regions vary. Typically, it takes around 7-14 business days. Customs clearance at destinations may cause delay in delivery time.

TAXES & DUTIES

  • Taxes & duties may be incurred for your orders and you will be responsible for the related fees.

REMARKS

  • For orders to Hong Kong, we use SF Express for delivery. You may collect the goods at SF shop or locker.

  • For orders to Taiwan, please use your Chinese name for shipping info. Due to the import requirement of Taiwan, please type your Taiwanese ID no. at the end of your shipping address.​
